David Vickers CEO and Founder of Centric Development

David Vickers is the founder of Centric Development which is the developer and general contractor for Brickmont Senior Living, Amplify Senior Living, and Seniors Resource Management. The Centric / Seniors Resource team has opened six senior living facilities in the Atlanta market. There are two additional sites that are under development in Virginia that will break ground in 2023. Mr. Vickers has General Contracting licenses in Georgia, Florida, and Virginia and has extensive development and construction experience throughout the U.S. He was the founder and president of InTown Suites, a budget extended-stay hotel company. Under the direction of Mr. Vickers, InTown grew from one hotel in 1989 to the nation’s largest budget extended stay chain with over 150 locations when he sold the company. Mr. Vickers's activities at InTown spanned all roles: developer, general contractor, owner, and operator. During the time Mr. Vickers controlled InTown, he closed over $1 billion in real estate related transactions with such entities as Lazard Frères, Deutsche Bank, Fleet Bank, Bank of America, Regions Bank, South Trust Bank, and Bank United.

Cheryl Kochensparger

Micah Holton, Chief Financial Officer, Centric Development, has served as the Chief Financial Officer of Centric Development since June 2021.  Mr. Holton previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Asana Partners, a high growth private equity real estate firm with $3.6 Billion in AUM and equity commitments to reach $5+ Billion in AUM at exit.  In four years as CFO, the firm grew from one investment vehicle to four with managed assets increasing by $3.0 Billion.  Mr. Holton also served as the Chief Accounting Officer of MAA (NYSE: MAA), a $16 Billion (total value at exit) publicly traded multifamily REIT as owned and managed assets grew by over 300% in ten years through property acquisitions and two public company mergers, building it into an S&P 500 company.  Mr. Holton started his career in audit and advisory business services at Ernst & Young. Mr. Holton graduated from the University of Memphis in 2001 with a BBA in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Tennessee.

Cheryl oversees all aspects of Brickmont Assisted Living and Amplify Senior Living operations.  Cheryl has directed the opening, leasing, and management of all Brickmont properties since delivery of the first building.  Cheryl comes from a hospitality background, having served as Chief Operating Officer of InTown Suites from its inception to the sale of the company. In this role, she helped scale the business from a single property to over 155 assets, with the ultimate oversight of over 5,000 employees.  Cheryl developed many of the operating procedures and systems that are still in use today at both InTown and the extended stay industry. Prior to InTown, Ms. Kochensparger worked in banking as a commercial lender. Ms. Kochensparger graduated from Georgia State University in 1987 with a degree in finance.
